Well, I know that it has been a long time...like 2 months. Life has been crazy, but I'm trying to get back on track!
Breakfast: Banana
Bran muffin (Tyson made them and they are SO good!)
Orange juice
Ok, the story for all of the orange juice is that I have a really bad sinus infection and I'm trying to help it along out of my system the best that I can. My mom told me to pump the vitamin C, so that's what I've been doing.
Lunch: Grilled chicken sandwich
Apple
Small bag of Sunchips
Dinner: Salad
Hot Chocolate
Orange juice
Cheesy Chicken Casserole
I went bike riding with my cousins for 2 hours in the canyon. It was fun, but completely FREEZING!!!!! We are going to do some sort of exercise together everyday. They are both good motivators. :)
I know that I am not eating as many fruits or vegetables as I should right now, but I am going to start slow and adjust myself instead of jumping in and failing. So hopefully this will work out!
