Welcome to my diet blog! I am going to use this to track my eating and exercising habits.

There is so much information out there, I just don't know where to start. I am going to try a few things, such as green smoothies, no refined sugar, and no eating after 9pm. I am going to start waking up earlier than I already do (Kill me now) and exercise. Wish me luck!
