Today I exercised for an hour at East Shore high school for my missing P.E. credit. This exercise included the eliptical for a half an hour, weight lifting, calf raises and crunches on an exercise ball. My abs are even sore right now! But that's a good thing, right? :)
Breakfast: Orange
Small cup of hot chocolate
Snack: Apple
Lunch: Chicken salad w/ Italian dressing (I really love this salad!)
Mango
Snack: cup of orange juice
a few kernels of popcorn
Dinner: Taco salad (yes, I know it's what I had last night, but I was at my cousin's house).
Today I have not done too bad. I realize that I'm probably getting and okay amount of fruits, but I definitely need more vegetables. I need to go shopping with my mom to get some. I also need to drink more water. I think I'm going to try and drink all of my water bottle each class period.
I am going on a college trip thing this weekend and am kinda worried. I don't know what they are going to feed us, and I don't know if I will be able to resist temptation if it is staring me in the face. It's the same thing with our yearbook party coming up. There is always tons of food that I LOVE but right now I feel like I can't eat any of it. I need to gain self-control, but I don't exactly know how...

Today is the ten-millionth first day of my quest to lose weight and become more healthy. It seems like I have tried a million times, but I am telling myself over and over again that this time I will do it! I can do it!!! I was talking with my mom and I realized that when I mess up by over-eating, I have said to myself, "Oh well, I have messed up this week. I'll start on Monday". But I need a different aspect. If I mess up, I am going to start again that same day, not even waiting for the rest of the day. I am not going to give up!
Today I did not get much exercise done, because I could not sleep last night and couldn't really get up. I did, however, exercise on Tyson's Wii Fit for about a half an hour. That will be good for some lighter days or for when I don't have much time.

100 calorie pack of carrot cakes
a few mixed nuts
Dinner: 2 tacos: flour tortilla, lettuce, lean hamburger, cheese, sour cream, pinto beans, hot sauce.

Dessert: slice of cake at yw, and a little temple mint. ( I felt kinda guilty about these, but I'm so used to just grabbing any food in front of me that I didn't even think about it until most of it was gone. I'll try to remember it more.)
My main goal for this week is to stay positive. I know this will help me everyday. I'm also going to tell more people about my blog so that people will be able to see how I'm doing and make me more accountable for my eating choices.
