Today I exercised for an hour at East Shore high school for my missing P.E. credit. This exercise included the eliptical for a half an hour, weight lifting, calf raises and crunches on an exercise ball. My abs are even sore right now! But that's a good thing, right? :)
Breakfast: Orange
Small cup of hot chocolate
Snack: Apple
Lunch: Chicken salad w/ Italian dressing (I really love this salad!)
Mango
Snack: cup of orange juice
a few kernels of popcorn
Dinner: Taco salad (yes, I know it's what I had last night, but I was at my cousin's house).
Today I have not done too bad. I realize that I'm probably getting and okay amount of fruits, but I definitely need more vegetables. I need to go shopping with my mom to get some. I also need to drink more water. I think I'm going to try and drink all of my water bottle each class period.
I am going on a college trip thing this weekend and am kinda worried. I don't know what they are going to feed us, and I don't know if I will be able to resist temptation if it is staring me in the face. It's the same thing with our yearbook party coming up. There is always tons of food that I LOVE but right now I feel like I can't eat any of it. I need to gain self-control, but I don't exactly know how...
